Dua Jawshan Kabeer

اَللّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّد وَآلِ مُحَمَّد

allahumma salli'ala muhammadin wa aali muhammad

O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا اللَّهُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika yal-lah

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Allah,

يَا رَحْمَنُ يَا رَحِيمُ

ya rahmanu ya rahem

O Most Merciful, O Most Compassionate,

يَا كَرِيمُ يَا مُقِيمُ

ya karemu ya muqem

O Most Generous, O Self-Subsisting,

يَا عَظِيمُ يَا قَدِيمُ

ya `azemu ya qadem

O Greatest, O Eternal,

يَا عَلِيمُ يَا حَلِيمُ يَا حَكِيمُ

a `alemu ya halemu ya hakem

O All-Knowing, O Forbearing, O Wise.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا سَيِّدَ السَّادَاتِ يَا مُجِيبَ الدَّعَوَاتِ

ya say-yidas-sadat, ya mujebad-da`awat

O Master of Masters, O Acceptor of prayers,

يَا رَافِعَ الدَّرَجَاتِ يَا وَلِيَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ

ya rafia'd-darajat, ya wale-yal-hasanat

O Elevator of rank, O Guardian of good deeds,

يَا غَافِرَ الْخَطِيئَاتِ يَا مُعْطِيَ الْمَسْأَلاتِ

ya ghafiral-khate-at, ya mua'-ti-yal-mas-alat

O Forgiver of evil deeds, O Granter of requests,

يَا قَابِلَ التَّوْبَاتِ يَا سَامِعَ الأَصْوَاتِ

ya qabilat-taw-bat, ya samia'l-as-wat

O Acceptor of repentance, O Hearer of voices,

يَا عَالِمَ الْخَفِيَّاتِ يَا دَافِعَ الْبَلِيَّاتِ

ya `aalimal-khafe-yat, ya dafia'l-bale-yat

O Knower of attributes, O Repeller of calamities.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا خَيْرَ الْغافِرِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْفَاتِحِينَ

ya khayral-ghafiren, ya khayral-fatihen

O Best of forgivers, O Best of deciders,

يَا خَيْرَ النَّاصِرِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْحَاكِمِينَ

ya khayran-nasiren, ya khayral-hakimen

O Best of helpers, O Best of rulers,

يَا خَيْرَ الرَّازِقِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْوَارِثِينَ

ya khayrar-raziqen, ya khayral-warithen

O Best of providers, O Best of inheritors

يَا خَيْرَ الْحَامِدِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الذَّاكِرِينَ

ya khayral-hamiden, ya khayradh-dhakiren

O Best of praisers, O Best of rememberers,

يَا خَيْرَ الْمُنْزِلِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

ya khayral-munzilen, ya khayral-muh-sinen

O Best of Dischargers, O Best of benefactors.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْعِزَّةُ وَالْجَمَالُ

ya mal-lahul-i`iz-zatu wal-jamal

O He, to Whom is all glory and virtue,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْقُدْرَةُ وَالْكَمَالُ

ya mal-lahul-qud-ratu wal-kamal

O He, to Whom is all might and perfection,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْمُلْكُ وَالجَلاَلُ

ya mal-lahul-mul-ku wal-jalal

O He, to Whom is all dominion and sublimity,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ الْكَبِيرُ الْمُتَعَاِل

ya man huwal-kaberul-muta`aal

O He, Who is great above all,

يَا مُنْشِئَ السَّحَابِ الثِّقَاِل

ya mun-shias-sahabilth-thiqal

O He, Who creates heavy clouds,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ شَدِيدُ الْمِحَاِل

ya man huwa shadedul-mihal

O He, Who is the most powerful,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ

ya man huwa sareu'l-hisab

O He, Who is quick to reckon,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ

ya man huwa shadedul-i`iqab

O He, Who metes out the severest punishment,

يَا مَنْ عِنْدَهُ حُسْنُ الثَّوَابِ

ya man i`indahu hus-nuth-thawab

O He, with Whom is the excellent reward,

يَا مَنْ عِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ

ya man i`indahu ummul-kitab

O He, with Whom is the Original Book.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika

O Allah, Verily I beseech You in Your name:

يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ

ya han-nanu ya man-nan

O Charitable One, O Benefactor,

يَا دَيَّانُ يَا بُرْهَانُ

ya day-yanu ya bur-han

O Judge, O Proof,

يَا سُلْطَانُ يَا رِضْوَانُ

ya sul-tanu ya rizwan

O Sovereign, O Approver,

يَا غُفْرَانُ يَا سُبْحَانَُا مُسْتَعَانُ

ya ghuf-ranu ya sub-hanu ya mus-ta`aa

O Forgiver, O Elevated One, O Helper,

يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالْبَيَانِ

ya dhal-man-ni wal-bayan

O Holder of blessings and manifestation.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن تَوَاضَعَ كُلُّ شَيٍْء لِّعَظَمَتِهِ

ya man tawadha`a kul-lu shayil-li-a'zamatihi

O He before Whose greatness everything bows,

يَا مَنْ اسْتَسلَمَ كُلُّ شَيٍْء لِّقُدْرَتِهِ

ya manis-taslama kul-lu shayil-li-qud-ratih

O He before Whose power everything submits,

يَا مَن ذَلَّ كُلُّ شَيٍْء لِّعِزَّتِهِ

ya man dhal-la kul-lu shayil-li-i`iz-zatih

O He before Whose might overshadows everything,

يَا مَنْ خَضَعَ كُلُّ شَيٍْء لِّهَيْبَتِهِ

ya man khadha`a kul-lu shayil-li-haybatih

O He before Whose awesomeness everything is humbled,

يَا مَنْ انْقَادَ كُلُّ شَيٍْء مِّنْ خَشْيَتِهِ

ya manin-qada kul-lu shayim-min khash-yatih

O He before Whose fearsomeness everything yields,

يَا مَن تَشَقَّقَتِ الْجِبَالُ مِن مَّخَافَتِهِ

ya man tashaq-qaqatil-jibalu mim-makhafatih

O He before Whose terribleness mountains shake,

يَا مَن قَامَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ بِأَمْرِهِ

ya man qamatis-samawatu bi-am-rih

O He before Whose command the heavens are raised,

يَا مَنْ اسْتَقَرَّتِ الأَرَضُونَ بِإِذْنِهِ

ya manis-taqar-ratil-aradhuna biidhnih

O He through Whose permission in the earths are secured,

يَا مَن يُّسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ

ya may-yusab-bihur-ra`a-du biham-dih

O He Whose glory the thunder proclaims,

يَا مَن لا يَعْتَدِي عَلَى أَهْلِ مَمْلَكَتِهِ

ya mal-la ya`tade `ala ah-li mam-lakatih

O He Who is never cruel to his subjects.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا غَافِرَ الْخَطَايَا يَا كَاشِفَ الْبَلاَيَا

ya ghafiral-khataya, ya kashifal-balaya

O Forgiver of sins, O Dispeller of tribulations,

يَا مُنْتَهَى الرَّجَايَا يَا مُجْزِلَ الْعَطَايَا

ya mun-tahar-rajaya, ya muj-zilal-a'taya

O Aim of hopes, O Giver of abundant gifts,

يَا وَاهِبَ الْهَدَايَا يَا رَازِقَ الْبَرَايَا

ya wahibal-hadaya, ya raziqal-baraya

O Bestower of bounties, O Provider of creatures,

يَا قَاضِي الْمَنَايَا يَا سَامِعَ الشَّكَايَا

ya qadhiyal-manaya, ya samia'ash-shakaya

O Judge of destinies, O Hearer of complaints,

يَا بَاعِثَ الْبَرَايَا يَا مُطْلِقَ الأُسَارَى

ya bai`ithal-baraya, ya mut-liqal-usara

O Resurrector of creatures, O Freer of captives.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا ذَا الْحَمْدِ وَالثَّنَاءِ

ya dhal-ham-di wath-thana-i

O He, to Whom is due all praise and adoration,

يَا ذَا الْفَخْرِ وَالْبَهَاءِ

ya dhal-fakh-ri wal-baha-i

O He, Who holds all pride and eminence,

يَا ذَا الْمَجْدِ وَالسَّنَاءِ

ya dhal-maj-di was-sana-i

O He, Who holds all honour and rank,

يَا ذَا الْعَهْدِ وَالْوَفَاءِ

ya dhal-a'h-di wal-wafa-i

O He, Who makes promises and honours them,

يَا ذَا الْعَفْوِ وَالرِّضَاءِ

ya dhal-a'f-wi war-ridha

O He, Who pardons and is content,

يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالْعَطَاءِ

ya dhal-man-ni wal-a'ta-i

O He, Who holds all abundance and provides,

يَا ذَا الْفَصْلِ وَالْقَضَاءِ

ya dhal-fas-li wal-qadha-i

O He, Who holds decision and judgement,

يَا ذَا الْعِزِّ وَالْبَقَاءِ

ya dhal-i`iz-zi wal-baqa

O He, Who is glorious and eternal,

يَا ذَا الْجُودِ وَالسَّخَاءِ

ya dhal-judi was-sakha-i

O He, Who is liberal and munificent,

يَا ذَا الآلاءِ وَالنَّعْمَاءِ

ya dhal-a-la-i wan-na`a-ma-i

O He, Who holds all blessings and bounties,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا مَانِعُ يَا دَافِعُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya maniu' ya dafiu'

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Preventer of misfortune, O Repeller of calamities.

يَا رَافِعُ يَا صَانِعُ يَا نَافِعُ يَا سَامِعُ

ya rafiu' ya saniu', ya nafiu' ya samiu'

O Elevator of rank, O Fashioner, O Benefiter O Hearer,

يَا جَامِعُ يَا شَافِعُ يَا وَاسِعُ يَا مُوسِعُ

ya jamiu' ya shafiu', ya wasiu' ya musiu'

O Aggregator, O Intercessor, O Magnanimous, O Increaser.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا صَانِعَ كُلِّ مصْنُوعٍ يَّا خَاِلقَ كُلِّ مَخْلُوقٍ

ya sania' kul-li ms-nui`in, ya khaliqa kul-li makh-luq

O Fashioner of every fashioned thing, O Creator of every created thing,

يَّا رَازِقَ كُلِّ مَرْزُوقٍ يَّا مَاِلكَ كُلِّ مَمْلُوكٍ

ya raziqa kul-li marzuq, ya malika kul-li mam-luk

O Provider for every needy thing, O Sovereign over all subjects,

يَّا كَاشِفَ كُلِّ مَكْرُوبٍ يَّا فَاِرجَ كُلِّ مَهْمُومٍ

ya kashifa kul-li mak-rub, ya farija kul-li mahum

O Dispeller of every hardship, O Comforter of every griever,

يَّا رَاحِمَ كُلِّ مَرْحُومٍ يَّا نَاصِرَ كُلِّ مَخْذُولٍ

ya rahima kul-li mar-hum, ya nasira kul-li makh-dhul

O Merciful to every sufferer, O Helper of everything forsaken,

يَّا سَاتِرَ كُلِّ مَعْيُوبٍ يَّا مَلْجَأَ كُلِّ مَطْرُودٍ

ya satira kul-li ma`a-yub, ya mal-ja kul-li mat-rud

O Concealer of every blemished thing, O Shelter for every exile.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا عُدَّتِي عِنْدَ شِدَّتِي يَا رَجَائِي عِنْدَ مُصِيبَتِي

ya u'd-date i`inda shid-date, ya raja-e i`inda musebate

O Provider in my hardship, O Source of Hope in my misfortune,

يَا مُؤْنِسِي عِنْدَ وَحْشَتِي يَا صَاحِبِي عِنْدَ غُرْبَتِي

ya mu-nise i`inda wah-shate, ya sahibe i`inda ghur-bate

O Companion in my isolation, O Fellow Traveller in my journey,

يَا وَلِيِّي عِنْدَ نِعْمَتِي يَا غِيَاثِي عِنْدَ كُرْبَتِي

ya wale-ye i`inda nia'-mate, ya ghiyathe i`inda kur-bate

O Friend in my ease, O Rescuer from my trials,

يَا دَلِيلِي عِنْدَ حَيْرَتِي يَا غِنَائِي عِنْدَ افْتِقَارِي

ya dalele i`inda hayrate, ya ghina-e i`indaf-tiqare

O Guide in my perplexity, O Resource in my neediness,

يَا مَلْجَئِي عِنْدَ اضْطِرَارِي يَا مُعِينِي عِنْدَ مَفْزَعِي

ya mal-jae i`indadh-tirare, ya mue'ene i`inda mafzae'e

O Shelter in my helplessness, O Deliverer from my fears.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا عَلاَّمَ الْغُيُوبِ يَا غَفَّارَ الذُّنُوبِ،

ya `al-lamal-ghuyub, ya ghaf-faradh-dhunub

O Knower of the unseen, O Forgiver of sins,

يَا سَتَّارَ الْعُيُوبِ يَا كَاشِفَ الْكُرُوبِ

ya sat-taral-u'yub, ya kashifal-kurub

O Concealer of defects, O Expeller of pain,

يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ يَا طَبِيبَ الْقُلُوبِ

ya muqal-libal-qulub, ya tabebal-qulub

O Transformer of the hearts O Physician of the hearts,

يَا مُنَوِّرَ الْقُلُوبِ يَا أَنِيسَ الْقُلُوبِ

ya munaw-wiral-qulubi,, ya anesal-qulub

O Illuminator of the hearts, O Intimate of the hearts,

يَا مُفَرِّجَ الْهُمُومِ يَا مُنَفِّسَ الْغُمُومِ

ya mufar-rijal-humum, ya munaf-fisal-ghumum

O Dispeller of anxiety, O Liberator from grief.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا جَلِيلُ يَا جَمِيلُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya jalelu ya jamel

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Glorious, O Virtuous,

يَا وَكِيلُ يَا كَفِيلُ يَا دَلِيلُ يَا قَبِيلُ

ya wakelu ya kafel, ya dalelu ya qabel

O Protector, O Patron, O Guide, O Guarantor,

يَا مُدِيلُ يَا مُنِيلُ يَا مُقِيلُ يَا مُحِيلُ

ya mudelu ya munel, ya muqelu ya muhel

O Bestower of Wealth, O Bestower of blessings, O Bestower of strength, O Acceptor of repentance.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا دَلِيلَ الْمُتَحَيِّرِينَ يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيثِينَ

ya dalelal-mutahay-yiren, ya ghiyathal-mus-taghethen

O Guide of the waylaid, O Rescuer of those who appeal,

يَا صَرِيخَ الْمُسْتَصْرِخِينَ يَا جَارَ الْمُسْتَجِيرِينَ

ya sarekhal-mus-tas-rikhen, ya jaral-mus-tajeren

O Helper of those who call, O Aider of those who call,

يَا أَمَانَ الْخَائِفِينَ يَا عَوْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

ya amanal-kha-ifen, ya `aw-nal-mu-minen

O Shelter of the fearful, O Succourer of the faithful,

يَا رَاحِمَ الْمَسَاكِينَ يَا مَلْجَأَ الْعَاصِينَ

ya rahimal-masaken, ya mal-jal-a'asen

O Merciful to the indigent, O Refuge for the disobedient,

يَا غَافِرَ الْمُذْنِبِينَ يَا مُجِيبَ دَعْوَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ

ya ghafiral-mudhniben, ya mujeba da`a-watil-madhtar-ren

O Forgiver of the sinner, O Responder to the supplicant

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا ذَا الْجُودِ وَالإِحْسَانِ يَا ذَا الْفَضْلِ وَالإمْتِنَانِ

ya dhal-judi wal-ih-san, ya dhal-fadhli wal-im-tinan

O Master of liberality and beneficence, O Most gracious and obliging,

يَا ذَا الأَمْنِ وَالأَمَانِ يَا ذَا الْقُدْسِ وَالسُّبْحَانِ

ya dhal-am-ni wal-aman, ya dhal-qud-si was-sub-han

O Master of peace and security, O Most holy and above all defects,

يَا ذَا الْحِكْمَةِ وَالْبَيَانِ يَا ذَا الرَّحْمَةِ وَالرِّضْوَانِ

ya dhal-hik-mati wal-bayan, ya dhar-rah-mati war-ridhwan

O Master of wisdom and manifestation, O Master of mercy and satisfaction,

يَا ذَا الْحُجَّةِ وَالْبُرْهَانِ يَا ذَا الْعَظَمَةِ وَالسُّلْطَانِ

ya dhal-huj-jati wal-bur-han, ya dhal-a'zamati was-sul-tan

O Master of argument and proof, O Master of grandeur and sovereignty,

يَا ذَا الرَّأْفَةِ وَالْمُسْتَعَانِ يَا ذَا الْعَفْوِ وَالْغُفْرَانِ

ya dhar-ra-fati wal-mus-ta`aan, ya dhal-a'f-wi wal-ghuf-ran

O Master of kindness and succour, O Master of pardon and forgiveness.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيٍْء يَّا مَنْ هُوَ إِلَهُ كُلِّ شَيٍْء

ya man huwa rab-bu kul-li shay, ya man huwa ilhu kul-li shay

O He, Who is the Lord over all things, O He, Who is the Allah of all things,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ خَاِلقُ كُلِّ شَيٍْء يَّا مَنْ هُوَ صَانِعُ كُلِّ شَيٍْء

ya man huwa khaliqu kul-li shay, ya man huwa saniu' kul-li shay

O He, Who is the Creator of all things, O He. Who is the Fashioner of all things,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيٍْء يَّا مَنْ هُوَ بَعْدَ كُلِّ شَيٍْء

ya man huwa qab-la kul-li shay, ya man huwa ba`a-da kul-li shay

O He, Who is the Preceder of all things, O He, Who is the Successor of all things,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فَوْقَ كُلِّ شَيٍْء يَّا مَنْ هُوَ عَاِلمٌ بِكُلِّ شَيٍْء

ya man huwa faw-qa kul-li shay, ya man huwa `aalimum bikul-li shay

O He, Who is above all things, O He, Who knows all things,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيٍْء يَّا مَنْ هُوَ يَبْقَى وَيَفْنَى كُلُّ شَيٍْء

ya man huwa qadirun `ala kul-li shay, ya man huwa yab-qa wa yaf-na kul-lu shay

O He, Who is Powerful over all things, O He, Who is the Sustainer and Extinguisher of all things,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا مُؤْمِنُ يَا مُهَيْمِنُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya mu-minu ya muhaymin

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Securer of safety, O Protector,

يَا مُكَوِّنُ يَا مُلَقِّنُ يَا مُبَيِّنُ يَا مُهَوِّنُ

ya mukaw-winu ya mulaq-qin, ya mubay-yinu ya muhaw-win

O Bestower of being, O Bestower of knowledge, O Manifester, O Facilitator,

يَا مُمَكِّنُ يَا مُزَيِّنُ يَا مُعْلِنُ يَا مُقْسِّمُ

ya mumak-kinu ya mu-zay-yin, ya mua'-linu ya muq-s-sim

O Provider of place, O Adorner, O Proclaimer, O Distributor.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي مُلْكِهِ مُقِيمٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي سُلْطَانِهِ قَدِيمٌ

ya man huwa fe mul-kihi muqem, ya man huwa fe sul-tanihi qadem

O Everlasting in His Kingdom, O Eternal in His sovereignty,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي جَلاَلِهِ عَظِيمٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ رَحِيمٌ

ya man huwa fe jalalihi `azem, ya man huwa `ala i`ibadihi rahem

O Greatest in His grandeur, O Most Merciful to His servants,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيٍْء عَلِيمٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ بِمَنْ عَصَاهُ حَلِيمٌ

ya man huwa bikul-li shay-in `alem, ya man huwa biman `asahu halem

O Knower of everything, O Forbearing to him who disobeys Him,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ بِمَن رَّجَاهُ كَرِيمٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي صُنْعِهِ حَكِيمٌ

ya man huwa bimar-rajahu karem, ya man huwa fe sun-i`ihi hakem

O Magnanimous to him who places his hope in Him, O He Who is Wise over what He has fashioned,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي حِكْمَتِهِ لَطِيفٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي لُطْفِهِ قَدِيمٌ

ya man huwa fe hik-matihi latef, ya man huwa fe lut-fihi qadem

O He Who is Subtle in his Wisdom, O He Who is Eternal in His Kindness.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن لا يُرْجَى إِلاَّ فَضْلُهُ

ya mal-la yur-ja illa fadhluh

O He, from Whom no hope is entertained save by His Grace ,

يَا مَن لا يُسْأَلُ إِلاَّ عَفْوُهُ

ya mal-la yus-alu illa `af-wuh

O He, from Whom nothing is begged save His Pardon,

يَا مَن لا يُنْظَرُ إِلاَّ بِرُّهُ

ya mal-la yun-zaru illa bir-ruh

O He, of Whom nothing is seen save His Goodness,

يَا مَن لا يُخَافُ إِلاَّ عَدْلُهُ

ya mal-la yukhafu illa `ad-luh

O He, from Whom nothing is feared save His Justice,

يَا مَن لا يَدُومُ إِلاَّ مُلْكُهُ

ya mal-la yadumu illa mul-kuh

O He, Whose sovereignty is eternal and alone,

يَا مَن لا سُلْطَانَ إِلاَّ سُلْطَانُهُ

ya mal-la sul-tana illa sul-tanuh

O He, Who alone has true majesty,

يَا مَن وَّسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيٍْء رَّحْمَتُهُ

ya maw-wasia't kul-la shay-ir-rah-matuh

O He, Whose blessings extend to all,

يَا مَنْ سَبَقَتْ رَحْمَتُهُ غَضَبَهُ

ya man sabaqat rah-matuhu ghadhabah

O He, Whose Wrath is surpassed by His Mercy,

يَا مَنْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيٍْء عِلْمُهُ

ya man ahata bikul-li shay-in i`il-muhu

O He, Whose knowledge encompasses everything,

يَا مَن لَّيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِّثْلَهُ

ya mal-laysa ahadum-mith-lah

O He, Who is without equal,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا فَارِجَ الْهَمِّ يَا كَاشِفَ الْغَمِّ

ya farijal-ham, ya kashifal-gham

O Remover of anxiety, O Expeller of sorrow,

يَا غَافِرَ الذَّنْبِ يَا قَابِلَ التَّوْبِ

ya ghafiradh-dham-b, ya qabilat-taw-b

O Forgiver of sins, O Acceptor of repentance,

يَا خَاِلقَ الْخَلْقِ يَا صَادِقَ الْوَعْدِ

ya khaliqal-khal-q, ya sadiqal-wa`a-d

O Creator of creatures, O Truthful in promises,

يَا مُوفِي الْعَهْدِ يَا عَالِمَ السِّرِّ

ya mufi-yal-a'h-d, ya `aalimas-sir

O Fulfiller of promises, O Knower of secrets,

يَا فَاِلقَ الْحَبِّ يَا رَازِقَ الأَنَامِ

ya faliqal-hab-b, ya raziqal-anam

O Splitter of seed, O Provider for creatures.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَلِيُّ يَا وَفِيُّ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya `ale-yu ya wafe

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O High, O Perfect

يَا غَنِيُّ يَا مَلِيُّ يَا حَفِيُّ يَا رَضِيُّ

ya ghane-yu ya male, ya hafe-yu ya radhe

O Independent, O Rich, O Kind, O Agreeable

يَا زَكِيُّ يَا بَدِيُّ يَا قَوِيُّ يَا وَلِيُّ

ya zake-yu ya bade, ya qawe-yu ya wale

O Purifier, O Eternal, O Mighty, O Friend.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَنْ أَظْهَرَ الْجَمِيلَ يَا مَنْ سَتَرَ الْقَبِيحَ

ya man azharal-jamel, ya man sataral-qabeh

O He, Who reveals virtue, O He, Who conceals vice,

يَا مَن لَّمْ يُؤَاخِذْ بِالْجَرِيرَةِ يَا مَن لَّمْ يَهْتِكِ السِّتْرَ

ya mal-lam yuakhidh bial-jarerah, ya mal-lam yah-tikis-sit-r

O He Who does not call to severe account for sins, O He, Who does not disclose the disgrace of his servants,

يَا عَظِيمَ الْعَفْوِ يَا حَسَنَ التَّجَاوُزِ

ya `azemal-a'f-wi, ya hasanat-tajawuz

O He, Who is the best forgiver, O He, Who overlooks errancy,

يَا وَاسِعَ الْمَغْفِرَةِ يَا بَاسِطَ الْيَدَيْنِ بِالرِّحْمَةِ

ya wasia'l-magh-firah, ya basital-yadayni bilr-rih-mah

O He, Whose forgiveness extends over all. O He, Whose Hands are stretched forth in mercy,

يَا صَاحِبَ كُلِّ نَجْوًى يَّا مُنْتَهَى كُلِّ شَكْوًى

ya sahiba kul-li naj-wa, ya mun-taha kul-li shak-wa

O He, Who knows all secrets, O He, to Whom all complaints are directed.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَّا ذَا النِّعْمَةِ السَّابِغَةِ يَا ذَا الرَّحْمَةِ الْوَاسِعَةِ

ya dhan-nia'-matis-sabighah, ya dhar-rah-matil-wasia'h

O Master of countless blessings, O Master of limitless mercy,

يَا ذَا الْمِنَّةِ السَّابِقَةِ يَا ذَا الْحِكْمَةِ الْبَاِلغَةِ

ya dhal-min-natis-sabiqah, ya dhal-hik-matil-balighah

O Master surpassing all obligation, O Master of perfect wisdom,

يَا ذَا الْقُدْرَةِ الْكَامِلَةِ يَا ذَا الْحُجَّةِ الْقَاطِعَةِ

ya dhal-qud-ratil-kamilah, ya dhal-huj-jatil-qatia'h

O Master of infinite might, O Master of the decisive argument,

يَا ذَا الْكَرَامَةِ الظَّاهِرَةِ يَا ذَا الْعِزَّةِ الدَّائِمَةِ

ya dhal-karamatiz-zahirah, ya dhal-i`iz-zatid-da-imah

O Master of the manifest miracle, O Master of perpetual prestige,

يَا ذَا الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينَةِ يَا ذَا الْعَظَمَةِ الْمَنِيعَةِ

ya dhal-qu-watil-matenah, ya dhal-a'zamatil-mani-ya'h

O Master of great strength, O Master of unsurpassable glory

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا بَدِيَعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ يَا جَاعِلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ

ya badi-ya`as-samawat, ya jai`ilaz-zulumat

O Originator of the heavens, O Maker of darkness,

يَا رَاحِمَ الْعَبَرَاتِ يَا مُقِيلَ الْعَثَرَاتِ

ya rahimal-a'barat, ya muqelal-a'tharat

O Merciful to those who weep, O He Who oversees slips and errors,

يَا سَاتِرَ الْعَوْرَاتِ يَا مُحْيِي الأَمْوَاتِ

ya satiral-a'w-rat, ya muh-yi-yal-am-wat

O Concealer of defects, O Reviver of the dead,

يَا مُنْزِلَ الآيَاتِ يَا مُضَعِّفَ الْحَسَنَاتِ

ya munzilal-a-yat, ya mudha`a-ifal-hasanat

O Revealer of signs, O Increaser of virtue,

يَا مَاحِي السَّيِّئَاتِ يَا شَدِيدَ النَّقِمَاتِ

ya mahi-yas-say-yi-at, ya shadedan-naqimat

O Who rubs out vices, O He Who calls to account.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا مُصَوِّرُ يَا مُقَدِّرُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya musaw-wiru ya muqad-dir

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Fashioner, O Preordainer,

يَا مُدَبِّرُ يَا مُطَهِّرُ يَا مُنَوِّرُ يَا مُيَسِّرُ

ya mudab-biru ya mutah-hir, ya munaw-wiru ya muyas-sir

O Planner, O Purifier, O Illuminator, O Facilitator,

يَا مُبَشِّرُ يَا مُنْذِرُ يَا مُقَدِّمُ يَا مُؤَخِّرُ

ya mubash-shiru ya mundhir, ya muqad-dimu ya muakh-hir

O Giver of glad tidings, O Warner, O Giver of precedence, O Postponer.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا رَبَّ الْبَيْتِ الْحَرَامِ يَا رَبَّ الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ

ya rab-bal-baytil-haram, ya rab-bash-shah-ril-haram

O Lord of the Sanctuary, O Lord of the holy month,

يَا رَبَّ الْبَلَدِ الْحَرَامِ يَا رَبَّ الرُّكْنِ وَالْمَقَامِ

ya rab-bal-baladil-haram, ya rab-bar-ruk-ni wal-maqam

O Lord of the Holy City, O Lord of the Rukn and the Maqam,

يَا رَبَّ الْمَشْعَرِ الْحَرَامِ يَا رَبَّ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ

ya rab-bal-mash-a'ril-harami, ya rab-bal-mas-jidil-haram

O Lord of the Mashair of Mecca, O Lord of the Holy Mosque in Mecca,

يَا رَبَّ الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَامِ يَا رَبَّ النُّورِ وَالظَّلاَمِ

ya rab-bal-hil-li wal-haram, ya rab-ban-nuri waz-zalam

O Lord of what is lawful and what is proscribed, O Lord of light and darkness,

يَا رَبَّ التَّحِيَّةِ وَالسَّلاَمِ يَا رَبَّ الْقُدْرَةِ فِي الأَنَامِ

ya rab-bat-tahe-yati was-salam, ya rab-bal-qud-rati fil-anam

O Lord of salutation and peace, O Lord of strength among creatures.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا أَحْكَمَ الْحَاكِمِينَ يَا أَعْدَلَ الْعَادِلِينَ

ya ah-kamal-hakimen, ya a`a-dalal-a'adilen

O Highest of all authorities, O Most Just of all the just,

يَا أَصْدَقَ الصَّادِقِينَ يَا أَطْهَرَ الطَّاهِرِينَ

ya as-daqas-sadiqen, ya at-harat-tahiren

O Most Trustworthy of all the trustworthy, O Purest of the pure,

يَا أَحْسَنَ الْخَاِلقِينَ يَا أَسْرَعَ الْحَاسِبِينَ

ya ah-sanal-khaliqen, ya as-ra`al-hasiben

O Best of creators, O Quickest Reckoner,

يَا أَسْمَعَ السَّامِعِينَ يَا أَبْصَرَ النَّاظِرِينَ

ya as-ma`as-samie'en, ya ab-saran-naziren

O Best of listeners, O Most vigilant of invigilators,

يَا أَشْفَعَ الشَّافِعِينَ يَا أَكْرَمَ الأَكْرَمِينَ

ya ash-fa`ash-shafie'en, ya ak-ramal-ak-ramen

O Best of intercessors, O Most honourable of all.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا عِمَادَ مَن لا عِمَادَ لَهُ يَا سَنَدَ مَن لا سَنَدَ لَهُ

ya i`imada mal-la i`imada lah, ya sanada mal-la sanada lah

O Supporter of the unsupported, O Helper of the helpless,

يَا ذُخْرَ مَن لا ذُخْرَ لَهُ يَا حِرْزَ مَن لا حِرْزَ لَهُ

ya dhukh-ra mal-la dhukh-ra lah, ya hirza mal-la hirza lah

O Protector of the unprotected, O Shield for the defenseless,

يَا غِيَاثَ مَن لا غِيَاثَ لَهُ يَا فَخْرَ مَن لا فَخْرَ لَهُ

ya ghiyatha mal-laghiyatha lah, ya fakh-ra mal-la fakh-ra lah

O Hearer of the unheard appeal, O Pride of those without pride,

يَا عِزَّ مَن لا عِزَّ لَهُ يَا مُعِينَ مَن لا مُعِينَ لَهُ

ya i`iz-za mal-la i`iz-za lah, ya mue'ena mal-la mue'ena lah

O Honour of the honourless, O Giver of Aid to the unaided,

يَا أَنِيسَ مَن لا أَنِيسَ لَهُ يَا أَمَانَ مَن لا أَمَانَ لَهُ

ya anesa mal-la anesa lah, ya amana mal-la amana lah

O Friend of the forsaken, O Shelter of the shelterless.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَاصِمُ يَا قَائِمُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya `aasimu ya qa-im

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Protector, O Persistent,

يَا دَائِمُ يَا رَاحِمُ يَا سَالِمُ يَا حَاكِمُ

ya da-imu ya rahim, ya salimu ya hakim

O Eternal, O Merciful, O Accorder of peace,

يَا عَالِمُ يَا قَاسِمُ يَا قَابِضُ يَا بَاسِطُ

ya `aalimu ya qasim, ya qabidhu ya basit

O Omniscient, O Distributor, O Preventer, O Opener.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا عَاصِمَ مَنِ اسْتَعْصَمَهُ يَا رَاحِمَ مَنِ اسْتَرْحَمَهُ

ya `aasima manis-ta`a-samah, ya rahima manis-tar-hamah

O Protector of he who seeks His protection, O Merciful to he who requests His mercy,

يَا غَافِرَ مَنِ اسْتَغْفَرَهُ يَا نَاصِرَ مَنِ اسْتَنْصَرَهُ

ya ghafira manis-tagh-farah, ya nasira manis-tan-sarah

Oh Forgiver of him who seeks forgiveness, Oh Helper of him who seeks help.

يَا حَافِظَ مَنِ اسْتَحْفَظَهُ يَا مُكْرِمَ مَنِ اسْتَكْرَمَهُ

ya hafiza manis-tah-fazah, ya muk-rima manis-tak-ramah

O Protector of he who seeks His protection, O Magnanimous to he who seeks His magnanimity,

يَا مُرْشِدَ مَنِ اسْتَرْشَدَهُ يَا صَرِيخَ مَنِ اسْتَصْرَخَهُ

ya mur-shida manis-tar-shadah, ya sarekha manis-tas-rakhah

O Guide for he who seeks His guidance, O Giver of Aid to he who seeks His aid,

يَا مُعِينَ مَنِ اسْتَعَانَهُ،

ya mue'ena manis-ta`aana

O Helper of he who appeals to Him

يَا مُغِيثَ مَنِ اسْتَغَاثَهُ

ya mughetha manis-taghathah

O Rescuer of he who appeals to Him,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا عَزِيزاً لا يُضَامُ يَا لَطِيفاً لا يُرَامُ

ya `azezal-la yudham, ya latefal-la yuram

O Powerful Who is never overpowered, O Benign Who is invisible,

يَا قَيُّوماً لا يَنَامُ يَا دَائِماً لا يَفُوتُ

ya qay-yumal-la yanam, ya da-imal-la yafut

O Self-Subsistent Who never sleeps, O Eternal Who never perishes,

يَا حَيّاً لا يَمُوتُ يَا مَلِكاً لا يَزُولُ

ya hay-yal-la yamut, ya malikal-la yazul

O Ever-living Who never dies, O Monarch Whose rule is endless,

يَا بَاقِياً لا يَفْنَى يَا عَالِماً لا يَجْهَلُ

ya baqiyal-la yaf-na, ya `aalimal-la yaj-hal

O Eternal Who is imperishable, O Omniscient Who never forgets,

يَا صَمَداً لا يُطْعَمُ يَا قَوِيّاً لا يَضْعُفُ

ya samadal-la yut-a'm, ya qawe-yal-la yadhu'f

O Independent Who needs no sustenance, O Mighty Who never weakens.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا أَحَدُ يَا وَاحِدُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya ahadu ya wahid

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Unique, O One,

يَا شَاهِدُ يَا مَاجِدُ يَا حَامِدُ يَا رَاشِدُ

ya shahidu ya majid, ya hamidu ya rashid

O Present, O Praiser, O Exalted, O Guide,

يَا بَاعِثُ يَا وَارِثُ يَا ضَارُّ يَا نَافِعُ

ya bai`ithu ya warith, ya dha-r-ru ya nafiu'

O Resurrector, O Heir, O Harmful to the unjust, O Beneficial to the just.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا أَعْظَمَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَظِيمٍ يَّا أَكْرَمَ مِنْ كُلِّ كَرِيمٍ

ya a`a-zama min kul-li `azem, ya ak-rama min kul-li karemi

O Grandest of all the grand, O Most Magnanimous of all the magnanimous,

يَّا أَرْحَمَ مِنْ كُلِّ رَحِيمٍ يَّا أَعْلَمَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَلِيمٍ

ya ar-hama min kul-li rahem, ya a`a-lama min kul-li `alem

O Most Merciful of all the merciful, O Most Knowledgeable of all knowers,

يَّا أَحْكَمَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَكِيمٍ يَّا أَقْدَمَ مِنْ كُلِّ قَدِيمٍ

ya ah-kama min kul-li hakem, ya aq-dama min kul-li qadem

O Most Wise of all the wise, O Most Ancient of all the ancient,

يَّا أَكْبَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ كَبِيرٍ يَّا أَلْطَفَ مِنْ كُلِّ لَطِيفٍ

ya ak-bara min kul-li kaber, ya al-tafa min kul-li latef

O Most Great of all the great, O Most Benign of all the benign,

يَّا أَجَلَّ مِنْ كُلِّ جَلِيلٍ يَّا أَعَزَّ مِنْ كُلِّ عَزِيزٍ

ya ajal-la min kul-li jalel, ya a`az-za min kul-li `azez

O Most Magnificent of all the magnificent, O Most Mighty of all the mighty.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا كَرِيمَ الصَّفْحِ يَا عَظِيمَ الْمَنِّ

ya karemas-saf-h, ya `azemal-man

O Most Magnanimous in overlooking sins, O Greatest Benefactor,

يَا كَثِيرَ الْخَيْرِ يَا قَدِيمَ الْفَضْلِ

ya katheral-khayr, ya qademal-fadhli

O Most Bounteous in goodness, O Eternal in grace,

يَا دَائِمَ اللُّطْفِ، يَا لَطِيفَ الصُّنْعِ

ya da-imal-lut-f, ya latefas-sun-i`i

O Eternal in subtlety, O Creator of subtlety,

يَا مُنَفِّسَ الْكَرْبِ يَا كَاشِفَ الضُّرِّ

ya munaf-fisal-kar-b, ya kashifadh-dhur

O Remover of pain, O Healer of injury,

يَا مَاِلكَ الْمُلْكِ يَا قَاضِي الْحَقِّ

ya malikal-mulk, ya qadhi-yal-haq-q

O Master of dominion, O True Judge.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَنْ هُوَ فِي عَهْدِهِ وَفِيٌّ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي وَفَائِهِ قَوِيٌّ

ya man huwa fe `ah-dihi wafe, ya man huwa fe wafa-ihi qawe

O He Who fulfils His promise, O He Who is Strong in His fulfillment,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي قُوَّتِهِ عَلِيٌّ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي عُلُوُّهِ قَرِيبٌ

ya man huwa fe qu-watihi `ale, ya man huwa fe u'lu-wuhi qareb

O He Who is great in His might, O He Who is near everyone in spite of His greatness,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي قُرْبِهِ لَطِيفٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي لُطْفِهِ شَرِيفٌ

ya man huwa fe qur-bihi latef, ya man huwa fe lut-fihi sharef

O He Who is benign in His weariness, O He Who is noble in His benignity,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي شَرَفِهِ عَزِيزٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي عِزِّهِ عَظِيمٌ

ya man huwa fe sharafihi `azez, ya man huwa fe i`iz-zihi `azem

O He Who is powerful in His nobility, O He Who is great in His power,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي عَظَمَتِهِ مَجِيدٌ يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي مَجْدِهِ حَمِيدٌ

ya man huwa fe `azamatihi majed, ya man huwa fe maj-dihi hamed

O He Who is exalted in His greatness, O He Who is praiseworthy in his exaltation.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا كَافِي يَا شَافِي

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya kafe ya shafe

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Sufficient, O Restorer of health,

يَا وَافِي يَا مُعَافِي يَا هَادِي يَا دَاعِي

ya wafe ya mua'afe, ya hade ya dae'e

O Faithful, O Forgiver, O Guide, O Summoner,

يَا قَاضِي يَا رَاضِي يَا عَاِلي يَا بَاقِي

ya qadhe ya radhe, ya `aale ya baqe

O Judge, O Agreeable, O High, O Eternal

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء خَاضِعٌ لَّهُ يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء خَاشِعٌ لَّهُ

ya man kul-lu shay-in khadhiu'l-lah, ya man kul-lu shay-in khashiu'l-lah

O He before Whom everything bows, O He before Whom everything is humbled,

يَا مَنْ كُلُّ شَيٍْء كَائِنٌ لَّهُ يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء مَّوْجُودٌ بِهِ

ya man kul-lu shay-in ka-inul-lah, ya man kul-lu shayim-maw-judum bih

O He for Whom everything exists, O He to Whom everything owes its existence,

يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء مُّنِيبٌ إِلَيْهِ يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء خَائِفٌ مِّنْهُ

ya man kul-lu shayim-munebun ilayh, ya man kul-lu shay-in kha-ifum-minh

O He to Whom everything returns, O He of Whom everything is afraid,

يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء قَائِمٌ بِهِ يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء صَائِرٌ إِلَيْهِ

ya man kul-lu shay-in qa-imum bih, ya man kul-lu shay-in sa-irun ilayh

O One to Whom everything owes its stability, O He towards Whom everything retreats,

يَا مَنْ كُلُّ شَيٍْء يُّسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهِ يَا مَن كُلُّ شَيٍْء هَاِلكٌ إِلاَّ وَجْهَهُ

ya man kul-lu shaye-yusab-bihu biham-dih, ya man kul-lu shay-in halikun illa waj-hah

O He Whom everything glorifies with praise, O He besides Whom everything is perishable.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن لا مَفَرَّ إِلاَّ إِلَيْهِ

ya mal-la mafar-ra illa ilayh

O He-there is no retreat but towards Him,

يَا مَن لا مَفْزَعَ إِلاَّ إِلَيْهِ

ya mal-la mafza`a illa ilayh

O He-there is no place of protection except with Him,

يَا مَن لا مَقْصَدَ إِلاَّ إِلَيْهِ

ya mal-la maq-sada illa ilayh

O He—there is no right path except that which leads to Him,

يَا مَن لا مَنجَىً مِنْهُ إِلاَّ إِلَيْهِ

ya mal-la manja minhu illa ilayhi

O He-there is no shelter against Him but with Him,

يَا مَن لا يُرْغَبُ إِلاَّ إلَيهِ

ya mal-la yur-ghabu illa ilayhi

O He-there is no inclination towards anyone except Him,

يَا مَن لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِهِ

ya mal-la haw-la wa-la qu-wata illa bih

O He-there is no strength and vigour but from Him,

يَا مَن لا يُسْتَعَانُ إِلاَّ بِهِ

ya mal-la yus-ta`aanu illa bih

O He-none is invoked for help but He.

يَا مَن لا يُتَوَكَّلُ إِلاَّ عَلَيْهِ

ya mal-la yutawak-kalu illa `alayh

O He-trust is not reposed in anyone but He,

يَا مَن لا يُرْجَى إِلاَّ هُوَ

ya mal-la yur-ja illa huwa

O He-hope is not entertained from anyone except from He,

يَا مَن لا يُعْبَدُ إِلاَّ هُوَ

ya mal-la yua'-badu illa huwa

O He-none is worshipped except He

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا خَيْرَ الْمَرْهُوبِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْمَرْغُوبِينَ

ya khayral-mar-huben, ya khayral-mar-ghuben

O Best of those who are feared, O Best of those who are liked,

يَا خَيْرَ الْمَطْلُوبِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْمَسْؤُولِينَ

ya khayral-mat-luben, ya khayral-mas-ulen

O Best of those who are sought, O Best of those who are entreated,

يَا خَيْرَ الْمَقْصُودِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْمَذْكُورِينَ

ya khayral-maq-suden, ya khayral-madhkuren

O Best of those who are longed for, O Best of those who are remembered,

يَا خَيْرَ الْمَشْكُورِينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْمَحْبُوبِينَ

ya khayral-mash-kuren, ya khayral-mah-buben

O Best of those to whom thanks are offered, O Best of those who are loved,

يَا خَيْرَ الْمَدْعُوِّينَ يَا خَيْرَ الْمُسْتَأْنِسِينَ

ya khayral-mad-o'o-wen, ya khayral-mus-ta-nisen

O Best of those who are called on, O Best of those who are held in affection.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا غَافِرُ يَا سَاتِرُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya ghafiru ya satir

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O Forgiver, O Concealer [of defects]

يَا قَادِرُ يَا قَاهِرُ يَا فَاطِرُ يَا كَاسِرُ يَا جَابِرُ

ya qadiru ya qa-hiru ya fatir, ya kasiru ya jabir

O Mighty, O Supreme, O Creator, O Shatterer, O Joiner,

يَا ذَاكِرُ يَا نَاظِرُ يَا نَاصِرُ

ya dhakiru ya naziru ya nasir,

O Rememberer, O Seeing, O Helper.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَنْ خَلَقَ فَسَوَّى يَا مَن قَدَّرَ فَهَدَى

ya man khalaqa fasaw-wa, ya man qad-dara fahada

O He Who created and perfected, O He Who made everything to measure and guided,

يَا مَن يَّكْشِفُ الْبَلْوَى يَا مَن يَّسْمَعُ النَّجْوَى

ya may-yak-shiful-bal-wa, ya may-yas-mau'n-naj-wa

O He Who removes misfortunes, O He Who overhears secrets,

يَا مَن يُّنْقِذُ الْغَرْقَى يَا مَن يُّنجِي الْهَلْكَى

ya may-yun-qidhul-ghar-qa, ya may-yunjil-hal-ka

O He Who rescues the drowning, O He Who saves the distressed,

يَا مَن يَّشْفِي الْمَرْضَى يَا مَنْ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَى

ya may-yash-fil-mar-dha, ya man adhhaka wa ab-ka

O He Who restores the sick to health, O He who makes [His slaves] laugh and weep,

يَا مَنْ أَمَاتَ وَأَحْيَا يَا مَنْ خَلَقَ الزَّوْجَيْنِ الذَّكَرَ وَالأُنْثَى

ya man amata wa ah-ya, ya man khalaqaz-zaw-jaynidh-dhakara wal-un-tha

O He Who causes to dies and calls to life, O He Who has created pairs of male and female.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ سَبِيلُهُ

ya man fil-bar-ri wal-bah-ri sabeluh

O He Whose course is on land and in water,

يَا مَن فِي الآفَاقِ آيَاتُهُ

ya man fil-a-faqi a-yatuh

O He Whose signs are in the universe,

يَا مَن فِي الآيَاتِ بُرْهَانُهُ

ya man fil-a-yati bur-hanuh

O He in Whose signs are undeniable proofs,

يَا مَن فِي الْمَمَاتِ قُدْرَتُهُ

ya man fel-mamati qud-ratuh

O He Whose might is exhibited in causing death,

يَا مَن فِي الْقُبُورِ عِبْرَتُهُ

ya man fil-quburi i`ib-ratuh

O He Whose lesson is in graves,

يَا مَن فِي الْقِيَامَةِ مُلْكُهُ

ya man fil-qiyamati mul-kuh

O He Whose kingdom will be on the Day of Judgement,

يَا مَن فِي الْحِسَابِ هَيْبَتُهُ

ya man fil-hisabi haybatuh

O He in Whose reckoning of deeds is His dread,

يَا مَن فِي الْمِيزَانِ قَضَاؤُهُ

ya man fil-mezani qadha-uh

O He in Whose balance is His order,

يَا مَن فِي الْجَنَّةِ ثَوَابُهُ

ya man fil-jan-nati thawabuh

O He Whose paradise is the place of His good reward,

يَا مَن فِي النَّارِ عِقَابُهُ

ya man fin-nari i`iqabuh

O He Whose hell is the place of chastisement.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَهْرَبُ الْخَائِفُونَ

ya man ilayhi yah-rabul-kha-ifun

O He, the frightened flee to Him,

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَفْزَعُ الْمُذْنِبُونَ

ya man ilayhi yafzau'l-mudhnibun

O He, sinners take shelter with Him,

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَقْصِدُ الْمُنِيبُونَ

ya man ilayhi yaq-sidul-munebun

O He, the repentant return to Him,

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَرْغَبُ الزَّاهِدُونَ

ya man ilayhi yar-ghabuz-zahidun

O He, the pious incline towards Him,

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَلْجَأُ الْمُتَحَيِّرُونَ

ya man ilayhi yal-jaul-mutahay-yirun

O He, the confounded seek shelter in Him,

يَا مَنْ بِهِ يَسْتَأْنِسُ الْمُرِيدُونَ

ya mam bihi yas-ta-nisul-muredun

O He, the desirous have affliction for Him,

يَا مَنْ بِهِ يَفْتَخِرُ الْمُحِبُّونَ

ya mam bihi yaf-takhirul-muhib-bun

O He, lovers are proud of Him,

يَا مَن فِي عَفْوِهِ يَطْمَعُ الْخَاطِئُونَ

ya man fe `af-wihi yat-mau'l-khati-un

O He, whom the sinners hope for forgiveness,

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَسْكُنُ الْمُوقِنُونَ

ya man ilayhi yas-kunul-muqinun

O He, those who are sure in faith receive consolation from Him,

يَا مَنْ عَلَيَهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ الْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ

ya man `alayahi yatawak-kalul-mutawak-kilun

O He, those who trust Him rely on Him.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا حَبِيبُ يَا طَبِيبُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya habebu ya tabeb

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O Friend, O physician,

يَا قَرِيبُ يَا رَقِيبُ يَا حَسيِبُ يَا مُهِيبُ

ya qarebu ya raqeb, ya hasebu ya muheb

O Near, O Supervisor, O Reckoner to account, O Awful,

يَا مُثِيبُ يَا مُجِيبُ يَا خَبِيرُ يَا بَصِيرُ

ya muthebu ya mujeb, ya khaberu ya baser

O Rewarder, O Acceptor, O Aware, O All-Seeing.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا أَقْرَبَ مِنْ كُلِّ قَرِيبٍ

ya aq-raba min kul-li qareb

O Nearest of all,

يَّا أَحَبَّ مِنْ كُلِّ حَبِيبٍ

ya ahab-ba min kul-li habeb

O Friendliest of all the friends,

يَّا أَبْصَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَصِيرٍ

ya ab-sara min kul-li baser

O Possessor Of greater insight than all others,

يَّا أَخْبَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ خَبِيرٍ

ya akh-bara min kul-li khaber

O Most Aware of all

يَّا أَشْرَفَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرِيفٍ

ya ash-rafa min kul-li sharef

O Noblest of all the nobles,

يَّا أَرْفَعَ مِنْ كُلِّ رَفِيعٍ

ya ar-fa`a min kul-li rafei`in

O Most Exalted of all the exalted,

يَّا أَقْوَى مِنْ كُلِّ قَوِيٍّ

ya aq-wa min kul-li qawe

O Mightiest of all mighty,

يَّا أَغْنَى مِنْ كُلِّ غَنِيٍّ

ya agh-na min kul-li ghane

O Most Independent of all,

يَّا أَجْوَدَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَوَادٍ

ya aj-wada min kul-li jawad

O Most Generous of all,

يَّا أَرْأَفَ مِنْ كُلِّ رَؤُوفٍ

ya ar-afa min kul-li ra’uf

O Kindest of all those who are kind

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا غَاِلباً غَيْرَ مَغْلُوبٍ يَّا صَانِعاً غَيْرَ مَصْنُوعٍ

ya ghaliban ghayra magh-lub, ya sania'an ghayra mas-nui`in

O Dominant who is not overpowered, O Designer who is not made.

يَّا خَاِلقاً غَيْرَ مَخْلُوقٍ يَّا مَاِلكاً غَيْرَ مَمْلُوكٍ

ya khaliqan ghayra makh-luq, ya malikan ghayra mam-luk

O Creator who is not created, O Master and not the slave,

يَّا قَاهِراً غَيْرَ مَقْهُورٍ يَّا رَافِعاً غَيْرَ مَرْفُوعٍ

ya qahiran ghayra maq-hur, ya rafia'an ghayra mar-fui`in

O All-Dominant who is not dominated, O Exalter and the Exalted,

يَّا حَافِظاً غَيْرَ مَحْفُوظٍ يَّا نَاصِراً غَيْرَ مَنْصُورٍ

ya hafizan ghayra mah-fuzin, ya nasiran ghayra man-sur

O Protector who needs no protection, O Helper who needs no help,

يَّا شَاهِداً غَيْرَ غَائِبٍ يَّا قَرِيباً غَيْرَ بَعِيدٍ

ya shahidan ghayra gha-ib, ya qareban ghayra bae'ed

O Witness who is not absent, O Near who is not distant.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا نُورَ النُّورِ يَا مُنَوِّرَ النُّورِ

ya nuran-nur, ya munaw-wiran-nur

O Light of lights, O Illuminator of light,

يَا خَاِلقَ النُّورِ يَا مُدَبِّرَ النُّورِ

ya khaliqan-nur, ya mudab-biran-nuri

O Creator of light, O Planner of light,

يَا مُقَدِّرَ النُّورِ يَا نُورَ كُلِّ نُورٍ

ya muqad-diran-nur, ya nura kul-li nur

O Estimator of light, O Light of all lights,

يَّا نُوراً قَبْلَ كُلِّ نُورٍ يَّا نُوراً بَعْدَ كُلِّ نُورٍ

ya nuran qab-la kul-li nur, ya nuram ba`a-da kul-li nur

O Light that precedes in existence every light, O Light that will survive all lights,

يَّا نُوراً فَوْقَ كُلِّ نُورٍ يَّا نُوراً لَّيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ نُورٌ

ya nuran faw-qa kul-li nur, ya nural-laysa kamith-lihi nur

O Light that is above every light, O Light like of which there is no light.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَنْ عَطَاؤُهُ شَرِيفٌ يَّا مَن فِعْلُهُ لَطِيفٌ

ya man `ata-uhu sharef, ya man fia'-luhu latef

O He Whose gift is noble, O He Whose action is subtle,

يَّا مَن لُّطْفُهُ مُقِيمٌ يَّا مَنْ إِحْسَانُهُ قَدِيمٌ

ya mal-lut-fuhu muqem, ya man ih-sanuhu qadem

O He Whose kindness is persistent, O He Whose beneficence is eternal,

يَّا مَن قَوْلُهُ حَقٌّ يَّا مَن وَّعْدُهُ صِدْقٌ

ya man qaw-luhu haqq, ya maw-wa`a-duhu sidq

O He Whose word is right, O He Whose promise is true,

يَّا مَنْ عَفْوُهُ فَضْلٌ يَّا مَنْ عَذَابُهُ عَدْلٌ

ya man `af-wuhu fazl, ya man `adhabuhu `ad-l

O He Whose forgiveness is a grace, O He Whose chastisement is justice,

يَّا مَنْ ذِكْرُهُ حُلْوٌ يَّا مَن فَضْلُهُ عَمِيمٌ

ya man dhik-ruhu hulu, ya man fadhluh `amem

O He Whose remembrance is sweet, O He Whose grace is universal.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا مُسَهِّلُ يَا مُفَصِّلُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya musah-hilu ya mufas-sil

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O Facilitator, O Separator,

يَا مُبَدِّلُ يَا مُذَلِّلُ يَا مُنَزِّلُ يَا مُنَوِّلُ

ya mubad-dilu ya mudhal-lil, ya munaz-zilu ya munaw-wil

O Alterer, O Humiliating of the proud, O Degrader, O Benefactor,

يَا مُفْضِلُ يَا مُجْزِلُ يَا مُمْهِلُ يَا مُجْمِلُ

ya muf-dhilu ya mujzil, ya mum-hilu ya muj-mil

O Munificent, O Giver of respite, O Grantor of respite, O Virtuous,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن يَّرَى وَلا يُرَى

ya may-yara wa-la yura

O He Who sees but is not seen,

يَا مَن يَّخْلُقُ وَلا يُخْلَقُ

ya may-yakh-luqu wa-la yukh-laqu

O He Who creates and is not created,

يَا مَن يَّهْدِي وَلا يُهْدَى

ya may-yah-de wa-la yuh-da

O He Who guides and is not guided,

يَا مَن يُّحْيِي وَلا يُحْيَى

ya may-yuh-ye wa-la yuh-yia

O He Who receives to life and is not brought to life,

يَا مَن يَّسْأَلُ وَلا يُسْأَلُ

ya may-yas-alu wa-la yus-al

O He Who questions and is not questioned,

يَا مَن يُّطْعِمُ وَلا يُطْعَمُ

ya may-yut-i`imu wa-la yut-a'm

O He Who feeds and does not eat,

يَا مَن يُّجِيرُ وَلا يُجَارُ عَلَيْهِ

ya may-yujeru wa-la yujaru `ailayh

O He Who gives protection and is in no need of protection,

يَا مَن يَّقْضِي وَلا يُقْضَى عَلَيْهِ

ya may-yaq-dhe wa-la yuq-dha `ailayh

O He Who judges and against Whom no judgement is passed,

يَا مَن يَّحْكُمُ وَلا يُحْكَمُ عَلَيْهِ

ya may-yah-kumu wa-la yuh-kamu `ailayh

O He Who commands but is not commanded,

يَا مَن لَّمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ

ya mal-lam yalidu wa lam yulad

O He Who begets not, nor is He begotten,

وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ

wa-lam yakul-lahu kufuan ahad

And there is none like unto Him.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا نِعْمَ الْحَسِيبُ يَا نِعْمَ الطَّبِيبُ

ya nia'-mal-haseb, ya nia'-mat-tabeb

O Best reckoner, O Best physician,

يَا نِعْمَ الرَّقِيبُ يَا نِعْمَ القَرِيبُ

ya nia'-mar-raqeb, ya nia'-mal-qareb

O Best guardian, O Best near one,

يَا نِعْمَ المُجِيبُ يَا نِعْمَ الحَبِيبُ

ya nia'-mal-mujeb, ya nia'-mal-habeb

O Best responder, O Best friend,

يَا نِعْمَ الكَفِيلُ يَا نِعْمَ الوَكِيلُ

ya nia'-mal-kafel, ya nia'-mal-wakel

O Best surety, O Best protector,

يَا نِعْمَ المَوْلىَ يَا نِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ

ya nia'-mal-maw-la, ya nia'-man-naser

O Best master, O Best helper.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا سُرُورَ الْعَارِفِينَ يَا مُنَى الْمُحِبِّينَ

ya surural-a'arifen, ya munal-muhib-ben

O Joy of saints, O Desire of friends.

يَا أَنِيسَ الْمُرِيدِينَ يَا حَبِيبَ التَّوَّابِينَ

ya anesal-mureden, ya habebat-taw-waben

O Friend of seekers, O Friend of penitents,

يَا رَازِقَ الْمُقِلِّينَ يَا رَجَاءَ الْمُذْنِبِينَ

ya raziqal-muqil-len, ya raja-al-mudhniben

O Provider of sustenance to the poor, O Hope of sinners,

يَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ الْعَابِدِينَ يَا مُنَفِّسَ عَنِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ

ya qur-rata `aynil-a'abiden, ya munaf-fisa `anil-mak-ruben

O Coolness of worshippers' eyes, O Remover of sufferers' pain,

يَا مُفَرِّجَ عَنِ الْمَغْمُومِينَ يَا إِلَهَ الأَوَّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ

ya mufar-rija `anil-magh-mumen, ya ilahal-aw-walena wal-a-khiren

O Dispeller of the sorrows of the sorrowful, O Allah of the first and the last generation.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا رَبَّنَا يَا إِلَهَنَا

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya rab-bana ya ilhana

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O our Lord, O our Allah,

يَا سَيِّدَنَا يَا مَوْلانَا يَا نَاصِرَنَا يَا حَافِظَنَا

ya say-yidana ya maw-lana, ya nasirana ya hafizana

O our Chief, O our Master, O our Helper, O our Protector,

يَا دَلِيلَنَا يَا مُعِينَنَا يَا حَبِيبَنَا يَا طَبِيبَنَا

ya dalelana ya mue'enana, ya habebana ya tabebana

O our Guide, O our Aider, O our Friend, O our Physician.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا رَبَّ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالأَبْرَارِ يَا رَبَّ الصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالأَخْيَارِ

ya rab-ban-nabe-yena wal-ab-rar, ya rab-bas-sid-deqena wal-akh-yar

O Lord of the prophets and the virtuous, O Lord of the righteous and chosen one,

يَا رَبَّ الجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ يَا رَبَّ الصِّغَارِ وَالْكِبَارِ

ya rab-bal-jan-nati wan-nar, ya rab-bas-sighari wal-kibar

O Lord of paradise and hell, O Lord of the small and the great,

يَا رَبَّ الْحُبُوبِ وَالثِّمَارِ يَا رَبَّ الأَنْهَارِ وَالأَشْجَارِ

yarab-bal-hububi wath-thimar, yarab-bal-an-hari wal-ash-jar

O Lord of grains and fruits, O Lord of canals and trees,

يَا رَبَّ الصَّحَارِي وَالْقِفَارِ يَا رَبَّ الْبَرَارِي وَالْبِحَارِ

ya rab-bas-sahare wal-qifar, ya rab-bal-barare wal-bihari

O Lord of forest and desert, O Lord of lands and seas,

يَا رَبَّ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ يَا رَبَّ الإِعْلاَنِ وَالإِسْرَارِ

ya rab-bal-layli wan-nahar, ya rab-bal-ia'-lani wal-is-rar

O Lord of night and day, O Lord of the manifest and the hidden.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن نَّفَذَ فِي كُلِّ شَيٍْء أَمْرُهُ

ya man-nafadha fe kul-li shay-in am-ruh

O He, Whose command operates in everything,

يَا مَن لَّحِقَ بِكُلِّ شَيٍْء عِلْمُهُ

ya mallahiqa bikul-li shay-in i`il-muh

O He, Whose knowledge encompasses everything,

يَا مَنْ بَلَغَتْ إِلَى كُلِّ شَيٍْء قُدْرَتُهُ

ya mam balaghat ila kul-li shay-in qud-ratuh

O He, Whose control extends to everything,

يَا مَن لا يُحْصِي الْعِبَادُ نِعَمَهُ

ya mal-la yuh-sil-i`ibadu nia'mah

O He, Whose bounties cannot be counted by His slaves,

يَا مَن لا تَبْلُغُ الْخَلائِقُ شُكْرَهُ

ya mal-la tab-lughul-khala-iqu shuk-rah

O He, Whom His creatures cannot adequately thank,

يَا مَن لا تُدْرِكُ الأَفْهَامُ جَلاَلَهُ

ya mal-la tud-rikul-af-hamu jalalah

O He, Whose grandeur cannot be comprehended by the intellect,

يَا مَن لا تَنَالُ الأَوْهَامُ كُنْهَهُ

ya mal-la tanalul-aw-hamu kun-hah

O He, Whose reality cannot be acquired by the imagination,

يَا مَنِ الْعَظَمَةُ وَالْكِبْرِيَاءُ رِدَاؤُهُ

ya manil-a'zamatu wal-kib-ri-ya-u rida-uh

O He, Whose garb is majesty and greatness,

يَا مَن لا يَرُدُّ الْعِبَادُ قَضَاءَهُ

ya mal-la yarud-dul-i`ibadu qadha-ah

O He, Whose judgement cannot be reversed by His slave,

يَا مَن لا مُلْكَ إِلا مُلْكُهُ

ya mal-la mul-ka illa mul-kuh

O He, Whose alone is the kingdom and no one elses

يَا مَن لا عَطَاءَ إِلا عَطَاؤُهُ

ya mal-la `ata-a illa `ata-uh

O He, Whose alone is the gift and none else's,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْمَثَلُ الأَعْلَى

ya mal-lahul-mathalul-a`a-la

O He, for Whom are noblest examples,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الصِّفَاتُ الْعُلْيَا

ya mal-lahus-sifatul-u'l-ya

O He, for Whom are high attributes,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الآخِرَةُ وَالأُولَى

ya mal-lahul-a-khiratu wal-ula

O He, Who is the Master of the beginning and the end,

يَا مَن لَّهُ جَنَّةُ الْمَأْوَى

ya mal-lahu jan-natul-ma-wa

O He, Who is the Master of the abode of paradise,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الآيَاتُ الْكُبْرَى

ya mal-lahul-a-yatul-kub-ra

O He, for Whom are great signs,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى

ya mal-lahul-as-ma-ul-hus-na

O He, for Whom are beautiful names,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْحُكْمُ وَالْقَضَاءُ

ya mal-lahul-huk-mu wal-qadha-u

O He, for Whom is order and judgement,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْهَوَاءُ وَالْفَضَاءُ

ya mal-lahul-hawa-u wal-fadha-u

O He, Who rules over the atmosphere and the expanse,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْعَرْشُ وَالثَّرَى

ya mal-lahul-a'r-shu wath-thara

O He, Whose is the Lordship of the highest heaven and the earth,

يَا مَن لَّهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ الْعُلَى

ya mallahus-samawatul-u'la

O He, Who is the Master of the high heavens.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا عَفُوُّ يَا غَفُورُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya `afu-wu ya ghafur

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O Pardoner, O Forgiver,

يَا صَبُورُ يا شَكُورُ يَا رَؤُوفُ يَا عَطُوفُ

ya saburu ya shakur, ya ra’ufu ya `atuf

O Patient, O Greatest appreciator (of good), O Kind, O Sympathetic,

يَا مَسْؤُولُ يَا وَدُودُ يَا سُبُّوحُ يَا قُدُّوسُ

ya mas-ulu ya wadud, ya sub-buhu ya qud-dus

O Besought, O Friend, O Most Glorified, O Most Holy.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن فِي السَّماءِ عَظَمَتُهُ

ya man fis-sama-i `azamatuh

O He, Whose greatness is in the heavens,

يَا مَن فِي الأَرْضِ آيَاتُهُ

ya man fil-ar-dhi a-yatuh

O He, Whose signs are on the earth,

يَا مَن فِي كُلِّ شَيٍْء دَلائِلُهُ

ya man fe kul-li shay-in dala-iluh

O He, Whose proofs are manifest in everything,

يَا مَن فِي الْبِحَارِ عَجَائِبُهُ

ya man fil-bihari `aja-ibuh

O He, Whose wonders are in the seas,

يَا مَن فِي الْجِبَالِ خَزَائِنُهُ

ya man fel-jibali khaza-inuh

O He, Whose treasures are in the mountains,

يَا مَن يَّبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ

ya may-yabdaul-khal-qa thumma yue'eduh

O He, Who originated Creation which then returns to Him,

يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ يَرْجِعُ الأَمْرُ كُلُّهُ

ya man ilayhi yar-jiu'l-am-ru kul-luh

O He, towards Whom is the return of every matter,

يَا مَنْ أَظْهَرَ فِي كُلِّ شَيٍْء لُّطْفَهُ

ya man azhara fe kul-li shayil-lut-fah

O, Whose Kindness is evident in everything,

يَا مَنْ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيٍْء خَلَقَهُ

ya man ah-sana kul-la shay-in khal-qah

O He, Who makes best everything which He has created,

يَا مَن تَصَرَّفَ فِي الْخَلائِقِ قُدْرَتُهُ

ya man tasar-rafa fil-khala-iqi qud-ratuh

O He, Whose authority is wielded over all creatures.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا حَبِيبَ مَن لا حَبِيبَ لَهُ يَا طَبِيبَ مَن لا طَبِيبَ لَهُ

ya habeba mal-la habeba lah, ya tabeba mal-la tabeba lah

O Friend of he who has no friend, O Physician of he who has no physician,

يَا مُجِيبَ مَن لا مُجِيبَ لَهُ يَا شَفِيقَ مَن لا شَفِيقَ لَهُ

ya mujeba mal-la mujeba lah, ya shafeqa mal-la shafeqa lah

O Responder to he who has no responder, O Affectionate One to he whom none hold in affection,

يَا رَفِيقَ مَن لا رَفِيقَ لَهُ يَا مُغِيثَ مَن لا مُغِيثَ لَهُ

ya rafeqa mal-la rafeqa lah, ya mughetha mal-la mughetha lah

O Friend of he who has no friend, O Helper of he who has no help,

يَا دَلِيلَ مَن لا دَلِيلَ لَهُ يَا أَنِيسَ مَن لا أَنِيسَ لَهُ

ya dalela mal-la dalela lah, ya anesa mal-la anesa lah

O Guide of he who has no guide, O Associate of the forlorn,

يَا رَاحِمَ مَن لا رَاحِمَ لَهُ يَا صَاحِبَ مَن لا صَاحِبَ لَهُ

ya rahima mal-la rahima lah, ya sahiba mal-la sahiba lah

O Merciful One towards he on whom no one has mercy, O Companion of he who has no companion.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا كَافِي مَنِ اسْتَكْفَاهُ

ya kafiya manis-tak-fah

O Sufficer for those who seek sufficiency,

يَا هَادِي مَنِ اسْتَهْدَاهُ

ya hadiya manis-tah-dah

O Guide for those who seek guidance,

يَا كَاِلئَ مَنِ اسْتَكْلاَهُ

ya kalia manis-tak-lah

O Protector for those who seek protection,

يَا رَاعِي مَنِ اسْتَرْعَاهُ

ya rae'ea manis-tar-a'ah

O Granter for concession to those who seek concession,

يَا شَافِي مَنِ اسْتَشْفَاهُ

ya shafiya manis-tash-fah

O Healer for those who seek cure,

يَا قَاضِي مَنِ اسْتَقْضَاهُ

ya qadhiya manis-taq-dhah

O Just One for those who seek justice,

يَا مُغْنِي مَنِ اسْتَغْنَاهُ

ya mugh-niya manis-tagh-nah

O Bestower of wealth for those who seek wealth,

يَا مُوفِي مَنِ اسْتَوْفَاهُ

ya mufiya manis-taw-fah

O Fulfiller of promises for those who seek fulfillment,

يَا مُقَوِّي مَنِ اسْتَقْوَاهُ

ya muqaw-wiya manis-taq-wah

O Granter of strength for those who seek strength,

يَا وَلِيَّ مَنِ اسْتَوْلاهُ

ya wale-ya manis-taw-lah

O Aider of those who seek aid.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا خَاِلقُ يَا رَازِقُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya khaliqu ya raziq

O Allah , verily I entreat You in Your name: O Creator, O Provider of sustenance,

يَا نَاطِقُ يَا صَادِقُ يَا فَاِلقُ يَا فَارِقُ

ya natiqu ya sadiq, ya faliqu ya fariq

O Creator of speech, O Truthful, O Splitter, O Separator,

يَا فَاتِقُ يَا رَاتِقُ يَا سَابِقُ يَا سَامِقُ

ya fatiqu ya ratiq, ya sabiqu ya samiq

O Breaker, O Combiner, O Foremost, O Most High.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن يُّقَلِّبُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ

ya may-yuqal-libul-layla wan-nahar

O He, Who changes night and day,

يَا مَن جَعَلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالأَنْوَارَ

ya man ja`alaz-zulumati wal-an-war

O He, Who has created darkness and light,

يَا مَنْ خَلَقَ الظِّلَّ وَالْحَرُورَ

ya man khalaqaz-zilla wal-harur

O He, Who has bestowed shade and heat,

يَا مَنْ سَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ

ya man sakh-hara al-sham-sa wal-qamar

O He, Who has subjugated the sun and the moon,

يَا مَن قَدَّرَ الْخَيْرَ وَالشَّرَّ

ya man qad-daral-khayra wash-shar

O He, Who has ordained virtue and vice,

يَا مَنْ خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ

ya man khalaqal-maw-ta wal-hayat

O He, Who has created death and life,

يَا مَن لَّهُ الْخَلْقُ وَالأَمْرُ

ya mal-lahul-khal-qu wal-am-r

O He, Who has made the body and the soul,

يَا مَن لَّمْ يَتِّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَّلا وَلَداً

ya mal-lam yat-tikhidh sahibataw-wa-la walada

O He, Who has neither taken a wife nor begotten any child,

يَّا مَن لَّيْسَ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ

ya mal-laysa lahu sharekun fil-mul-k

O He, Who has no partner in His sovereignty,

يَا مَن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ

ya mal-lam yakul-lahu wale-yum-minadh-dhul-l

O He, Who has no friend among the disgraced.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا مَن يَّعْلَمُ مُرَادَ الْمُرِيدِينَ

ya may-ya`a-lamu muradal-m-ruyiden

O He, Who knows the desire of the desirous,

يَا مَن يَّعْلَمُ ضَمِيرَ الصَّاِمتِينَ

ya may-ya`a-lamu dhameras-samiten

O He, Who knows the conscience of the silent,

يَا مَن يَّسْمَعُ أَنِينَ الْوَاهِنِينَ

ya may-yas-mau' anenal-wahinen

O He, who hears the cries of the weak,

يَا مَن يَّرَى بُكَاءَ الْخَائِفِينَ

ya may-yara buka-al-kha-ifen

O He, Who sees the lamentation of the frightened,

يَا مَن يَّمْلِكُ حَوَائِجَ السَّائِلِينَ

ya may-yam-liku hawa-ijas-sa-ilen

O He, Who satisfies the needs of the petitioner,

يَا مَن يَّقْبَلُ عُذْرَ التَّائِبِينَ

ya may-yaq-balu u'dhrat-ta-iben

O He, Who accepts the excuse of the repentant,

يَا مَن لا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ

ya may-yus-lihu `amalal-muf-siden

O He, Who does not correct the actions of the corrupt,

يَا مَن لا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

ya mal-la yudheu' aj-ral-muh-sinen

O He, Who does not waste the good reward of the virtuous,

يَا مَن لا يَبْعُدُ عَن قُلُوبِ الْعَارِفِينَ

ya mal-la yab-u'du `an qulubil-a'arifen

O He, Who is not absent from the mind of the saint,

يَا أَجْوَدَ الأَجْوَدِينَ

ya ajwadal-ajwaden

O the most Magnanimous of all those who show magnanimity.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا دَائِمَ الْبَقَاءِ يَا سَامِعَ الدُّعَاءِ

ya da-imal-baqa-i, ya samia'd-dua'a-i

O Eternal Living, O Hearer of prayers,

يَا وَاسِعَ الْعَطَاءِ يَا غَافِرَ الْخَطَاءِ

ya wasia'l-a'ta-i, ya ghafiral-khata-i

O Liberal Bestower, O Forgiver of sins,

يَا بَدِيعَ السَّمَاءِ يَا حَسَنَ البَلاءِ

ya badi-ya's-sama-i, ya hasanal-bala-i

O Creator of the sky, O Best tester of trials,

يَا جَمِيلَ الثَّنَاءِ يَا قَدِيمَ السَّنَاءِ

ya jamelath-thana-i, ya qademas-sana-i

O Most Praiseworthy, O Eternally Great,

يَا كَثِيرَ الْوَفَاءِ يَا شَرِيفَ الْجَزَاءِ

ya katheral-wafa-i, ya sharefal-jaza-i

O Greatest fulfiller of promises, O Best Recompenser.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا سَتَّارُ يَا غَفَّارُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya sat-taru ya ghaf-far

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O Best concealer of defects, O Best forgiver,

يَا قَهَّارُ يَا جَبَّارُ يَا صَبَّارُ يَا بَارُّ

ya qah-haru ya jab-bar, ya sab-baru ya bar

O Most dominant, O Supreme, O Most patient, O Most virtuous,

يَا مُخْتَارُ يَا فَتَّاحُ يَا نَفَّاحُ يَا مُرْتَاحُ

ya mukh-taru ya fat-tah, ya naf-fahu ya mur-tah

O Most exalted, O Best opener, O Blower of winds, O Bestower of Happiness.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا مَنْ خَلَقَنِي وَسَوَّاِني يَا مَن رَّزَقَنِي وَرَبَّاِني

ya man khalaqane wa saw-wane, ya mar-razaqane wa rab-bane

O He, Who created me and perfected me, O He, Who provided me with sustenance and nurtured me,

يَا مَنْ أَطْعَمَنِي وَسَقَاِني يَا مَن قَرَّبَنِي وَأَدْنَاِني

ya man at-a'mane wa saqane, ya man qar-rabane wa ad-nane

O He, Who provided food for me and quenched my thirst, O He, Who brought me near Him and brought me most nigh,

يَا مَنْ عَصَمَنِي وَكَفَاِني يَا مَنْ حَفَظَنِي وَكَلاَنِي

ya man `asamane wa kafane, ya man hafazane wa kalane

O He, Who protected me and kept me in safety, O He, Who saved and guarded me,

يَا مَنْ أَعَزَّنِي وَأَغْنَاِني يَا مَن وَّفَّقَنِي وَهَدَاِني

ya man a`az-zane wa agh-nane, ya maw-waf-faqane wa hadane

O He, Who honoured me and enriched me, O He, Who helped and guided me,

يَا مَنْ آنَسَنِي وَآوَاِني يَا مَنْ أَمَاتَنِي وَأَحْيَاِني

ya man a-nasane wa a-wane, ya man amatane wa ah-yane

O He, Who befriended me and sheltered me, O He, Who causes me to die and revivifies me.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن يُّحِقُّ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ

ya may-yuhiq-qul-haq-qa bikalimatih

O He, Who maintains truth by His words,

يَا مَن يَّقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ

ya may-yaq-balut-taw-bata `an i`ibadih

O He, Who accepts repentance from His slaves,

يَا مَن يَّحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ

ya may-yahulu baynal-mari wa qal-bih

O He, Who stands between man and his heart,

يَا مَن لا تَنْفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ إِلا بِإِذْنِهِ

ya mal-la tan-fau'sh-shafa`atu illa bi-idhnihi

O He, without Whose permission intercession has no benefit,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ

ya man huwa a`a-lamu biman dhal-la `an sabelih

O He, Who knows well who is astray from His path,

يَا مَن لا مُعَقِّبَ لِحُكْمِهِ

ya mal-la mua'q-qiba lihuk-mih

O He, Whose order no one can reverse,

يَا مَن لا رَادَّ لِقَضَائِهِ

ya mal-la ra-d-da liqadha-ih

O He, Whose judgement no one can revoke,

يَا مَنِ انْقَادَ كُلُّ شَيٍْء لأَمْرِهِ

ya man-inqada kul-lu shay-il-lam-rihi

O He, Whose order is obeyed by everything,

يَا مَنِ السَّمَاوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ

ya mans-samawatu mat-we-yatum bi-yamenih

O He, in Whose Right Hand the heavens shall be rolled up,

يَا مَن يُّرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْريً بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهِ

ya may-yur-silur-riyaha bush-ram bayna yaday rah-matih

O He, Who has made earth a cradle,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا مَن جَعَلَ الأَرْضَ مِهَاداً

ya man ja`alal-ar-dha mihada

O He, Who sends forth the winds bearing good tiding before His mercy.

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ الْجِبَالَ أَوْتَاداً

ya man ja`alal-jibala aw-tada

O He, Who has made the mountains pegs,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ سِرَاجاً

ya man ja`alash-sham-sa siraja

O He, Who has made the sun a lamp,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ الْقَمَرَ نُوراً

ya man ja`alal-qamara nura

O He, Who has made the moon a light,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ لِبَاساً

ya man ja`alal-layla libasa

O He, Who has made the night a covering,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ النَّهَارَ مَعَاشاً

ya man ja`alan-nahara ma`aa-sha

O He, Who has made the day for seeking livelihood,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ النَّوْمَ سُبَاتاً

ya man ja`alan-naw-ma subata

O He, Who has made sleep a rest,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ السَّمَاءَ بِنَاءاً

ya man ja`alas-sama-a bina-a

O He, Who has made the sky a vault,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ الأَشْيَاءَ أَزْوَاجاً

ya man ja`alal-ash-ya-a az-waja

O He, Who has created things in pairs,

يَّا مَن جَعَلَ النَّارَ مِرْصَاداً

ya man ja`alan-nara mir-sada

O He, Who has made hell an ambush, barking for sinners.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya sameu' ya shafeu'

O Allah, verily I entreat You in Your name: O All-hearer, O Mediator,

يَا رَفِيعُ يَا مَنِيعُ يَا سَرِيعُ يَا بَدِيعُ

ya rafeu' ya maneu', ya sareu' ya badeu'

O Sublime, O Invincible, O Swift, O Originator,

يَا كَبِيرُ يَا قَدِيرُ يَا خَبِيرُ يَا مُجِيرُ

ya kaberu ya qader, ya khaberu ya mujer

O Great, O Omnipotent, O Knowing, O Supporter.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا حَيّاً قَبْلَ كُلِّ حَيٍّ

ya hay-yan qab-la kul-li hay

O Everliving, preceding every living being,

يَّا حَيّاً بَعْدَ كُلِّ حَيٍّ

ya hay-yam ba`a-da kul-li hay

O Everliving, succeeding every living being,

يَّا حَيُّ الَّذِي لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ حَيٌّ

ya hay-yul-ladhe laysa kamith-lihi hay

O Everliving, like unto Whom there is none,

يَّا حَيُّ الَّذِي لا يُشَارِكُهُ حَيٌّ

ya hay-yul-ladhe la yusha-rikuhu hay

O Everliving, Who has no living partner,

يَّا حَيُّ الَّذِي لا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى حَيٍّ

ya hay-yul-ladhe la yah-taju ila hay

O Everliving, Who is not dependent on any living being,

يَّا حَيُّ الَّذِي يُمِيتُ كُلَّ حَيٍّ

ya hay-yul-ladhe yumetu kul-la hay

O Everliving, Who causes every living being to die,

يَّا حَيُّ الَّذِي يَرْزُقُ كُلَّ حَيٍّ

ya hay-yul-ladhe yarzuqu kul-la hay

O Everliving, Who provides sustenance to every living being,

يَّا حَيّاً لَّمْ يَرِثِ الْحَيَاةَ مِنْ حَيٍّ

ya hay-yal-lam yarithil-hayata min hay

O Everliving, Who has not inherited life from any living being,

يَّا حَيُّ الَّذِي يُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى

ya hay-yul-ladhe yuh-ye al-maw-ta

O Everliving, Who quickens the dead,

يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ، لا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةً وَّلا نَوْمٌ

ya hay-yu ya qay-yumu la ta-khudhuhu sinatuw-wa-la naw-m

O Everliving, O Self-Subsistent, Slumber seizeth Him not, nor sleep.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن لَّهُ ذِكْرٌ لا يُنْسَى

ya mal-lahu dhik-rul-la yun-sa

O He, Whose remembrance is not forgotten,

يَا مَن لَّهُ نُورٌ لا يُطْفَى

ya mal-lahu nurul-la yut-fa

O He, Whose light is not extinguished

يَا مَن لَّهُ نِعْمٌ لا تُعَدُّ

ya mal-lahu nia'-mul-la tua'd

O He, Whose bounties are countless,

يَّا مَن لَّهُ مُلْكٌ لا يَزُولُ

ya mal-lahu mul-kul-la yazul

O He, Whose grandeur is perpetual,

يَا مَن لَّهُ ثَنَاءٌ لا يُحْصَى

ya mal-lahu thana-ul la yuh-sa

O He, Whose praise does not admit of alteration,

يَا مَن لَّهُ جَلاَلٌ لا يُكَيَّفُ

ya mal-lahu jalalul-la yukay-yafu

O He, Whose glory is not framed,

يَا مَن لَّهُ كَمَالٌ لا يُدْرَكُ

ya mal-lahu kamalul-la yud-rak

O He, Whose perfection cannot be comprehended,

يَا مَن لَّهُ قَضَاءٌ لا يُرَدُّ

ya mal-lahu qadha-ul-la yurad-d

O He, Whose order is not rejected,

يَا مَن لَّهُ صِفَاتٌ لا تُبَدَّلُ،

ya mal-lahu sifatul-la tubad-dal

O He, Whose attributes do not change,

يَا مَن لَّهُ نُعُوتٌ لا تُغَيَّرُ

ya mal-lahu nuo'otul-la tughay-yar

O He, Whose attributes do not alter,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ

ya rab-bal-a'alamen

O Lord of all the worlds,

يَا مَاِلكَ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ

ya malika yaw-mid-den

O Master of the Day of Judgement,

يَا غَايَةَ الطَّاِلبِينَ

ya ghayatat-taliben

O Ultimate Goal of the seeker,

يَا ظَهْرَ اللاَّجِينَ

ya dhah-ra al-lajen

O Refuge of the seeker of shelter,

يَا مُدْرِكَ الْهَارِبِينَ

ya mud-rikal-hariben

O Overtaker of the fugitive,

يَا مَن يُّحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ

ya may-yuhib-bus-sabiren

O He Who loves the patient,

يَا مَن يُّحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ

ya may-yuhib-but-taw-waben

O He, Who loves the repentant,

يَا مَن يُّحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ

ya may-yuhib-bul-mutatah-hiren

O He, Who loves the pure,

يَا مَن يُّحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

ya may-yuhib-bul-muh-sinen

O He, Who loves the virtuous

يَا مَنْ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ

ya man huwa a`a-lamu bial-muh-taden

O He, Who knows best the guided,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Affectionate, O Companion,

يَا حَفِيظُ يَا مُحِيطُ يَا مُقِيتُ يَا مُغِيثُ

ya hafezu ya muhet, ya muqetu ya mugheth

O Protector, O Encompasser, O Provider of sustenance, O Aider of seekers of aid,

يَا مُعِزُّ يَا مُذِلُّ يَا مُبْدِئُ يَا مُعِيدُ

ya mui`iz-zu ya mudhil, ya mubdi-u ya mue'ed

O Honourer, O Humiliating, O Creator, O He Who causes to return.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

subhanaka ya la ilaha illa anta, al-ghawth al-ghawth, khallisna minan-nari ya rabb

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَنْ هُوَ أَحَدٌ بِلاَ ضِدٍّ

ya man huwa ahadum bila dhid-d

O He, Who is single and without opposite,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ فَرْدٌ بِلاَ نِدٍّ

ya man huwa far-dum bila nid-d

O He, Who is Unique, O He, Who is Peerless,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ صْمْدٌبِلاَ عَيْبٍ

ya man huwa s-m-dum bila `ayb

O He, Who is Independent and without any defect,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ وِتْرٌ بِلاَ كَيْفٍ

ya man huwa wit-rum bila kayf

O He, Who is without changing state,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ قَاضٍ بِلاَ حَيْفٍ

ya man huwa qadhim bila hayf

O He, Who judges without injustice,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ رَبٌّ بِلاَ وَزِيرٍ

ya man huwa rab-bum bila wazer

O He, Who is the Lord Cherisher,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ عَزِيزٌ بِلاَ ذُلٍّ

ya man huwa `azezum bila dhul

O He, Who is Mighty without disgrace,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ غَنِيٌّ بِلاَ فَقْرٍ

ya man huwa ghane-yum bila faq-r

O He, Who is Independent without any need,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ مَلِكٌ بِلاَ عَزْلٍ

ya man huwa malikum bila `azl

O He, Who is the King without any censure,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ مَوْصُوفٌ بِلاَ شَبِيهٍ

ya man huwa maw-sufum bila shabeh

O He, Whose attributes are matchless.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا مَن ذِكْرُهُ شَرَفٌ لِّلذَّاكِرِينَ

ya man dhik-ruhu sharaful-lidh-dhakiren

O He, Whose remembrance is an honour for those who remember Him,

يَا مَن شُكْرُهُ فَوْزٌ لِّلشَّاكِرِينَ

ya man shuk-ruhu fawzul-lish-shakiren

O He, Whose gratitude is success for the grateful,

يَا مَنْ حَمْدُهُ عِزٌّ لِّلْحَامِدِينَ

ya man ham-duhu i`iz-zul-lil-hamiden

O He, Whose praise is the pride of the praiser,

يَا مَنْ طَاعَتُهُ نَجَاةً لِّلْمُطِيعِينَ

ya man ta`atuhu najatul-lil-mute'en

O He, the obedience to Whom is salvation for the obedient

يَا مَنْ بَابُهُ مَفْتُوحٌ لِّلطَّاِلبِينَ

ya mam babuhu maf-tuhul-lit-taliben

O He, Whose door is open to the seeker,

يَا مَنْ سَبِيلُهُ وَاضِحٌ لِّلْمُنِيبِينَ

ya man sabeluhu wadhihul-lil-muneben

O He, the path leading to Whom is clear for the repentant,

يَا مَنْ آيَاتُهُ بُرْهَانٌ لِّلنَّاظِرِينَ

ya man a-yatuhu bur-hanul-lin-naziren

O He, Whose signs are proofs for the observers,

يَا مَنْ كِتَابُهُ تَذْكِرَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ

ya man kitabuhu tadhkiratul-lil-mut-taqen

O He, Whose Book is advice to the pious,

يَا مَن رِّزْقُهُ عُمُومٌ لِّلطَّائِعِينَ وَالْعَاصِينَ

ya mar-rizquhu u'mumul-lit-ta-ie'ena wal-a'asen

O He, Whose provision, is love the obedient and disobedient alike,

يَا مْن رَّحْمَتُهُ قَرِيبٌ مِّنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

ya mar-rah-matuhu qarebum-minal-muh-sinen

O He, Whose mercy is close to the virtuous.

يَا مَن تَبَارَكَ اسْمُهُ يَا مَن تَعَالَى جَدُّهُ

ya man tabarakas-muh, ya man ta`aala jad-duh

O He, Whose name is glorious, O He, Whose honour is exalted,

يَا مَن لا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ يَا مَن جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ

ya mal-la ilaha ghayruh, ya man jal-la thana-uh

O He-there is no deity except Him, O He-great is His praise,

يَا مَن تَقَدَّسَتْ أَسْمَاؤُهُ يَا مَن يَّدُومُ بَقَاؤُهُ

ya man taqad-dasat as-ma-uh, ya may-yadumu baqa-uh

O He, Whose names are sacred, O He, Whose existence is eternal,

يَا مَنِ العَظَمَةُ بَهَاؤُهُ يَا مَنْ الْكِبْرِيَاءُ رِدَاؤُهُ

ya manil-a'zamatu baha-uh, ya manil-kib-ri-ya-u rida-uh

O He, Whose glory is His ornament, O He, Whose greatness is His covering,

يَا مَن لا تُحْصَى آلاؤُهُ يَا مَن لا تُعَدُّ نَعْمَاؤُهُ

ya mal-la tuh-sa a-la-uh, ya mal-la tua'd-du na`a-ma-uh

O He, Whose favours are countless, O He, Whose bounties cannot be enumerated.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ بِاسْمِكَ يَا مُعِينُ يَا أَمِينُ

allahumma in-ne as-aluka bis-mika, ya mue'enu ya amen

O Allah, verily I beseech You in Your name: O Helper, O Trustworthy,

يَا مُبِينُ يَا مَتِينُ يَا مَكِينُ يَا رَشِيدُ

ya mubenu ya maten, ya makenu ya rashed

O Manifest, O Powerful, O Firm, O True Guide,

يَا حَمِيدُ يَا مَجِيدُ يَا شَدِيدُ يَا شَهِيدُ

ya hamedu ya majedu, ya shadedu ya shahed

O Praiseworthy, O Glorious, O Strong, O Witness

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا ذْا الْعَرْشِ الْمَجِيدِ

ya dhal-a'r-shil-majed

O Lord of the Glorious Throne,

يَا ذْا الْقَوْلِ السَّدِيدِ

ya dhal-qaw-lis-saded

O He, Whose words are right.

يَا ذْا الْفِعْلِ الرَّشِيدِ

ya dhal-fia'-lir-rashed

O Master of great deeds,

يَا ذَا البَطْشِ الشَّدِيدِ

ya dhal-bat-shish-shaded

O He, Whose punishment is severe

يَا ذْا الوَعْدِ وَالوَعِيدِ

ya dhal-wa`a-di wal-wae'ed

O Master of promise and threat,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الحَمِيدُ

ya man hual-wale-yul-hamed

O He, Who is guardian and the most praised one,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ فْعَّالٌ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ

ya man huwa f-a'-alul-lima yured

O He, Who is the mighty doer of whatever He wills,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ قْرِيبٌ غَيْرُ بَعِيدٍ

ya man huwa q-rebun ghayru bae'ed

O He, Who is near and not far,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيٍْء شَهِيدٌ

ya man huwa `ala kul-li shay-in shahed

O He, Who is Witness to everything,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ لَيْسَ بِظَلاَّمٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ

ya man huwa laysa bizal-lamil-lil-a'bed

O He, Who is not the least cruel to his slaves,

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

Praise be to You, there is no god but You, [I beseech you for] relief, relief. Protect us from the Fire, O Lord.

يَا مَن لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَلاوَزَيرَ

ya mal-la shareka lahu wa-la wazayir

O He, Who has no partner and no adviser,

يَا مَن لا شَبِيهَ لَهُ وَلا نَظِيرَ

ya mal-la shabeha lahu wa-la nazer

O He, Who has no equal and no match,

يَا خَاِلقَ الشَّمْسِ وَالْقَمَرِ الْمُنِيرِ

ya khaliqash-sham-si wal-qamaril-muner

O Creator of the sun and the bright moon,

يَا مُغْنِي الْبَائِسِ الْفَقِيرِ

ya mugh-ni-yal-ba-isil-faqer

O Enricher of the poverty stricken,

يَا رْازِقَ الطِّفْلِ الصَّغِيرِ

ya r-aziqat-tif-lis-sagher

O Provider of sustenance to small children,

يَا رْاحِمَ الشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيرِ

ya r-ahimash-shaykhil-kaber

O Merciful to the very aged ones,

يَا جَابِرَ العَظْمِ الكَسِيرِ

ya jabiral-a'zmil-kaser

O Joiner of broken bones,

يَا عِصْمَةَ الْخَائِفِ الْمُسْتَجِيرِ

ya i`is-matal-kha-ifil-mus-tajer

O Protector of the frightened shelter seekers,

يَا مَنْ هُوَ بِعِبَادِهِ خَبَيِرٌ بَصِيرٌ

ya man huwa bi-i`ibadihi khabayirum baser

O He , Who is All-Aware and All-Seeing of his slaves,

يَّا مَنْ هُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيٍْء قَدِيرٌ

ya man huwa `ala kul-li shay-in qader

O He, Who is Powerful over everything.

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا لا إلَهَ إلاّ أنْتَ الغَوْثَ الغَوْثَ خَلِّصْنا مِنَ النّارِ يا رَبِّ.

يَا ذَا الْجُودِ وَالنِّعَمِ

ya dhal-judi wan-nia'm

O Master of generosity and the Bestower of the bounties,

يَا ذَا الْفَضْلِ وَالْكَرَمِ

ya dhal-fadhli wal-karam

O Gracious and Magnanimous,

يَا خَاِلقَ اللَّوْحِ وَالْقَلَمِ

ya khaliqal-law-hi wal-qalam

O Creator of the Tablet and the Pen,

يَا بَارِئَ الذَّرِّ و النَّسَمِ

ya bari-adh-dhar-ri wn-nasam

O Creator of ants and men,

يَا ذَا الْبَأْسِ وَالنِّقَمِ

ya dhal-ba-si wan-niqam

O Inflictor of punishment and retaliator,
